One of the things that I am really into is health and fitness…don’t get me wrong I am not one of those girls who lives on lettuce and water, but I do want to take care of my body so I spend a good deal of my time reading books and articles about nutrition and exercise.  I heard the buzz about the book “Skinny Bitch” by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin so on my weekly visit to my favorite book store I decided to pick up a copy to see what all the fuss was about.  (more…)
